Guided Bone Regeneration (GBR) is the procedures that attempt to regenerate bone prior to the placement of implants.
This is accomplished using bone grafts, biocompatible membranes, screws and bone collectors that keep out tissue and allow
the bone to grow.

Bone Graft is a surgical procedure that replaces missing bone with material from the patient’s own body (autogenous bone) or
an artificial, synthetic, or natural substitute. The graft not only replaces missing bone, but also helps the bone to regrow its
own lost bone. This new bone growth strengthens the grafted area by forming a bridge between your existing bone and the
graft material. Over time your own newly formed bone will replace much of the grafted material.

The Jeil GBR System offers you the option of putting together your own customized set to meet your
particular needs. GBR System compromises a basic screw block, screws, mesh plate and various
instruments which can be combined and extended in any way you like in GBR. The Jeil GBR System is
